The five guests slept for two nights in the lazy camping tents located at the foothills of Mount Morungole. They hiked Mount Morungole with our experienced local guides and delivered Backpacks and Seats to the children of the nearby Primary School.

24th May 2023 – Kara-Tunga Foundation hosted the French Ambassador to Uganda at the Karamoja Museum in Moroto. The ambassador visited our district for the first time to gain inspiration for future culture-related collaborations.
We are so happy that Karamoja has been represented so well at this year’s tourism expo of Uganda. And to top it off, we won the award for most sustainable exhibitor!
