The ‘Mount Moroto Lia Parish Community Association‘ is created with the help of Kara-Tunga and aimed at bridging the gap between the host community and the tourist. The community is able to run and fund their own projects through the association and the contribution of clients of Kara-Tunga.
The enrolment of children to Primary school has been problematic and the association therefore aims at positively impacting the image of education through sensitisation and increasing the attendance by providing scholastic materials.

Mount Moroto Tourism Association brings 76 Children to School -We are super proud of the Mount Moroto Community Association that have enrolled 76 children in Lia Primary School.
