We are celebrating that our ‘Ateker Documentary’ has won the price ‘The Best Documentary of ‘AMAA-StarTimes Online Short Film Festival’. The festival celebrates the best ‘shorts’ from all over Africa.
Ateker Documentary was selected out of 500 entries submitted from across Africa. The award ceremony was held in Lagos and had Nigerian industry experts in attendance alongside StarTimes chief executives.
According to the organisers, the StarTimes-AMAA Short Film Festival, also called The Shorts, was organised to motivate young and promising filmmakers on the African continent by providing a bigger platform for talented young people to succeed.
