Karamoja 4 Mountain Peaks Expedition is not for the faint hearted. The 10 day tour takes you through the least reached highlands of Uganda, a safari across Karamoja’s untouched wilderness.
The Karamoja Four Peaks Challenge involves climbing the four highest mountains of the Karamoja region located in northeastern Uganda, in only seven days time. You will be one of the first travellers venturing through East Africa’s least explored area’s. The expedition ends in one of Africa’s most scenic wildlife reserves where a cold beer will be waiting for you and your crew.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Mt Kadam
Day 2-3: Hike to the peak of Mt Kadam, 8-6hrs (3083m)
Day 3 PM: Transfer to Mt Moroto
Day 4-5: Hike to the peak of Mt Moroto 8-6hrs (3063m)
Day 5 PM: Transfer to Mt Napak
Day 6-7: Hike to the peak of Mt Napak 8-6hrs (2700m)
Day 7 PM: Transfer to Mt Murungole
Day 8: One day hike Mt Murungole 4-3hrs (2500m)
Day 9: Kidepo Valley National Park (activities excluded, bookable on site)
Day 10: Transfer to Kampala
