The Cook for international clients course for kitchen-employees working in the Tourism and Hospitality sector will take place in Uganda’s Karamojaland in 2021.
This 2 weeks course will be given in collaboration with a Dutch tourism and hospitality college and Ugandan experts. The course exists out of 80% practicals and 20% theory training.
After the two-weeks course, the students and their employees will receive assignments and assessments to motivate continues learning. The graduate will also have online access to a network of alumni and experts.
There will be a limited amount of 25 places available per intake and all applicants undergo a selection procedure. The first selection will be made based on application including motivation letter and recommendation(s) from current and previous employees. The second selection round takes place on-site.
