The Budget package includes budget self-contained room at Kalya Peace Village, non-self-contained rooms (lazy camping) at Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve and Kidepo Valley National Park.

Red Dirt Uganda and Bike Shop Uganda have proven their reliability and fantastic service. Hire a hard-tail Mountain Bike for 8 days including transport to-from the event and daily service.

Transport to-from the event
The event logistics partner Red Dirt Uganda offers personal transport with space for a bicycle and luggage to the starting point and from the finish. The event organisation provides luggage, bicycle transport and people transfers during the event.

Camping gear hire
All participants will camp for 5 nights at thoughtfully chosen locations on the trail with eco-toilets and hot showers. The listed packages exclude camping gear so we advice to bring your own equipment or hire a tent.

National park entrance fees
