Refund, cancellation, and deferral policy
In the case that Tour of Karamoja 2024 is unable to happen or restricted due to state health or security guidelines or a natural disaster, registrants will receive a partial refund based on how far out from the event cancellation occurs, according to the Cancellation policy scale below:

Until 31 July 2023 = 75% refund

1 Aug – 28 Aug 2023 = 50% refund

29 Aug – 25 Sept 2023 = 25% refund

26 Sept – 24 Oct 2023 = 0% refund
It is not possible to defer your entry to a future Tour of Karamoja event.
If you are registered for the 2024 Tour of Karamoja and cannot attend, your best option is to transfer your spot to another capable rider. All transfers must be completed by Monday, October 1st, at 11:59 pm. You will be charged a $25 transfer fee.
