Thursday, 8th December 2022 – Kara-Tunga completed the recruitment of community groups in Karenga district for the new Kara-Tunga Eco Camp at Kidepo Valley National Park.
The Uganda Wildlife Authority is in the final stages of introducing ten white rhinos to Kidepo Valley National Park. This initiative aims to enhance tourism and modify the park’s ecosystem. According to Richard Muhabwe, the Chief Warden of Kidepo Valley National Park, the rhinos will be acquired from Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Recruiting Community Groups for the Kidepo Valley Eco Camp
Thursday, 8th December 2022 – Kara-Tunga completed the recruitment of community groups in Karenga district for the new Kara-Tunga Eco Camp at Kidepo Valley National Park.
These groups will be part of the network of Kara-Tunga Eco Camps located in the Kidepo Valley landscape.
