Booking confirmation

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required which shall be the sum of 20% of the package fee.

Bookings made within six weeks of the departure date must be paid in full immediately via bank transfer using our bank details. We offer the ability to make a deposit in US Dollars, please pay attention to use the mentioned US Dollars account number. Applicable transaction fees need to be included in the transferred amount.


Last minute bookings

For bookings made within 7 days before arrival, the payment is to be received via Mobile Money using the fixed exchange rate 1 USD = 3650 UGX. Withdrawal and transaction fees are required to be included. Ask the mobile money agent for the rates and use our registered MTN Mobile number mentioned on the payment page.

Community facilitation

Your booking includes a direct contribution to the involved community and our staff is paid following to national standards.

Camping equipment

Camping equipment (tent, sleeping mat, sleeping bag) is provided for all activities that include a homestay or camping.


Tips are excluded in the booking fee. We recommend a tipping guideline of US$10.00 pp per day.
