Payment policy
We kindly request to make a 25% non refundable deposit within 10 days from this invoice date so as to secure your booking. The outstanding balance from your booking should be cleared 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings
Bookings made within 3 weeks prior to arrival need to be transferred immediately to confirm the booking.
Payment options
During the completion of your booking, we offer a safe online payment possibility with VISA and MasterCard (Pesapal payment gateway) or the possibility of Bank Transfer. In case of bank transfer, the invoiced amount should be the NET amount received by us. Therefore kindly ensure all costs are attributed to the sender's account. Cancellation policy for tours

- 28+ days before arrival: loss of deposit
- 14+ / 28- days before arrival: 50% of the total
- 14- days before arrival: 100% of the total
